How do I find a product at the eBookDestination.com eStore?
At the eBookDestination.com eStore we offer a growing selection of products that cover all topics, levels and teaching styles. To help you navigate through our expanding collection, we have three easy ways to help you find what you are looking for: searching, power searching or browsing. Choose from any of these three options from the sub menu of the eStore.
How do I search at the eBookDestination.com eStore?
The main page of our eStore is also our Search page. On this page you can either use the Search box or browse through the directories. If you know the title of the product, name of author, ISBN or item number of the product you wish to locate (or a keyword), then simply type the information into the Search box and click "Search". Alternately, you can browse through the directories by level or by topic. Proceed to the "Search" section of the eStore.
How do I perform an advanced/power search at the eBookDestination.com eStore?
If you know the title of the product, name of author, or item number of the product you wish to locate (or a keyword) simply type the information into the Search box and click "Search". Alternately, you can search by selecting the Grade, Level, and Topic (from all or one of the lists) you are searching for, and click "Search". Please note that if you select more than one Topic or Grade, you will only see products that relate to both. For example, searching for eBooks that are about Science but are also biographies, you will only see a list of products that contain both subjects. If you ever want to start a new search, simply click "Clear" and start again. Proceed to the "Power Search" section of the eStore.
How do I browse at the eBookDestination.com eStore?
If you would rather browse by Grade Level or Topic, choose the "Browse" section of the eStore. There you will find all the Grade Levels and Topics listed. Simply click on the Grade Level or Topic of your choice and you will be presented with a list of all the books or software that meet that particular criteria. Proceed to the "Browse" section of the eStore.
Where do I get specific product information? (e.g., contents, number of pages, cost, etc.)
You can find out specific information about any products sold at the eBookDestination.com eStore by clicking on 'More Info' for a product. This will then take you to a Detail Page. Each Detail Page contains specific information about the product title, number of pages, price of the product, subject area and appropriate level, description of contents, image of front cover of product, and whether or not the product is part of a series. Many Detail Pages also include a sample from the book. Each sample includes the cover of the book, table of contents, introduction to the book, and at least two sample activities from the book. You can download the book sample as a PDF file free of charge by clicking on 'Download a Sample'.
What is Google Preview and how does it work?
Google Preview is a tool that lets you sample a certain percentage of the book for free. The benefit is that you get to pick which part of the book you would like to preview. This way you can sample a specific part of the book, or see pages from multiple sections.
To use Google Preview, publishers need to register titles with Google. After they do, the Google Preview button will appear beneath the cover on the product detail page, and you will be able to access it. Not all of our titles are available with Google Preview, but we are working with our publishers to encourage them to make use of this service. Also, it might take a number of days for Google Preview to show up on new titles.
